Code of conduct and best practices

The author (or authors) applies the conduct code and best practices that are indicated:
The article sent for possible publication in the Revista Criminalidad must be original and unpublished, and any other work, in whole or in part, can be copied or plagiarized.

The content of the article or any part of it submitted to be published in the Revista Criminalidad could not be previously published.

Contributions sent for possible publication in the Revista Criminalidad cannot be evaluated for publication at the same time in another national or international journal or book.

If necessary, it will have to be specified if there are potential conflicts of interest or any ethical responsibility in the proposed article.

Once the article is published in the Revista Criminalidad, the author must refrain from sending it to another journal for the same purpose.

In case of bad practices, the Editorial Committee of the Revista Criminalidad will apply the code of conduct and guidelines of best practices for journal editors, prepared by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) that could be consulted in: http://publicationethics.org/files/Code_of_conduct_for_journal_editors_Mar11.pdf
