Análise das crenças whistleblower na América Latina

A pesquisa tem como objetivo identificar as crenças whistleblower sobre a denúncia de suspeitas de crimes financeiros, segmentadas nos contextos hispano-americano e brasileiro. As entrevistas foram prospectadas com 50 profissionais de negócios de 14 países latino-americanos, usando o protocolo de Ajzen (2006) para pesquisar os determinantes das crenças dos denunciantes. A análise de conteúdo das respostas permitiu identificar as crenças regionais dos resultados favoráveis e desfavoráveis de um potencial reporte, os referentes relevantes que podem ser comparados e os controles percebidos que permitem e facilitam ou dificultam o desempenho do comportamento dos denunciantes. As evidências coletadas contribuem para a literatura, organizações e investigadores criminais, apontando as crenças locais que podem ser usadas para influenciar, medir e prever o comportamento local dos denunciantes.
