Política externa de criminosos?: analogias conceituais para a compreensão das relações entre a criminalidade chinesa e mexicana

Esta pesquisa propõe uma análise exploratória das dinâmicas que envolvem as complexas relações de cooperação entre organizações criminosas transnacionais. Para tanto, tomam-se como estudo de caso os vínculos entre as tríades chinesas e os cartéis mexicanos em torno de atividades como o contrabando de produtos falsificados e de animais silvestres, bem como a cadeia de produção e distribuição de drogas ilícitas. A partir da analogia entre política externa e agência estatal, sugere-se que as relações entre grupos criminosos sejam análogas às relações entre Estados. Este estudo busca promover reflexões disruptivas que sejam úteis para a compreensão de fenômenos associativos atípicos, como os que caracterizam os circuitos criminosos contemporâneos.
